French President Emmanuel Macron met with Swedish Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson in Paris on Tuesday as Sweden took over the rotating presidency of the council of the European Union.<br /><br />The French President has renewed his support to Swedens and Finlands accession to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO).<br /><br />The Swedish Prime Minister has acknowledged called the Russian invasion of Ukraine "the very worst" crisis which the Swedish presidency will have to grapple with.
